With the company’s explicit authorization, Iconik connects to one Google Workspace / Gmail mailbox in read-only mode (gmail.readonly scope), analyzes the most repetitive inquiries that consume staff time, and produces a diagnostic report with automation suggestions.
We only read email content to produce the Diagnosis analysis. We never send, modify, or delete email. We never use Google user data for advertising, never sell it, and never use it to train generalized AI/ML models.
This use complies with Google’s Limited Use requirements for user data obtained via Google APIs. Disconnecting the mailbox immediately stops further access.
