Yes. That's the work. Step 03 of our deployment is integration with whatever you run: SAP, Salesforce, Mews, Opera, custom in-house systems, Stripe, regional payment processors. Most integrations we've already built once and reuse. Unfamiliar ones we scope during technical discovery, typically days, not months. Your stack stays. Nothing to migrate, nothing to rip out.

We monitor every conversation. When the agent misses, hedges, or escalates incorrectly, our team sees it the same day, ships a fix, and the agent learns. Escalation rules are built in from day one: anything outside the agent's confidence band routes to a human on your team. Members never get a "computer says no" experience.

100+ languages, with brand-voice calibration. Spanish and English ship fully tuned by default; as you expand into new markets we calibrate additional languages to your tone. The agent isn't running brittle translation macros; it responds directly in the member's language.

Every client starts with a free pilot: a working agent in 48–72 hours, no commitment. Once it's live, pricing scales with the agents you deploy: a single agent sits in one range; a multi-agent stack with deep integrations sits in another. Transactional agents that process bookings and payments end-to-end are priced separately because the value and the responsibility are different. We send a clear proposal once we understand your operation, not before.

Roughly 4–6 hours total in week one: knowledge transfer, system access, brand voice review. After deployment, your team's involvement is reviewing weekly metrics and approving expansion to new agents. We operate the agents day-to-day. You don't hire a new team to use Iconik.

Member data is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per client (no cross-client training, no shared data pools), and accessible only through scoped APIs. We sign DPAs and NDAs as standard, and we configure regional data residency where required by jurisdiction. For payment flows, we integrate with PCI-compliant providers. We never store or process card data ourselves. We're transparent about which certifications we hold and which are on our roadmap; ask us directly.
