Overview

Iconik agents handle guest and member services across chat and voice. The Twilio integration provisions (or connects) a phone number so inbound callers reach your AI agent, for reservations, tier questions, and routine support, with the same knowledge base and tools used in messaging channels.

You supply Twilio Account credentials from your own Twilio project. Iconik uses them to route and handle calls for your property or club; call audio and transcripts are processed to operate the voice agent, not sold or used for advertising.

How it works

  • Connect your Twilio account and assign a phone number to the agent.
  • Answer inbound guest and member calls with live knowledge, CRM context, and reservation tools.
  • Escalate to a human number or inbox when the agent cannot resolve the request.
