Overview

SiteMinder is a hotel distribution and channel-management platform that keeps room inventory, rates, restrictions, and reservations in sync across OTAs, booking engines, and connected property systems.

Iconik connects during Forward Deployed onboarding so guest-facing agents can read live availability and rates, retrieve reservation details, and keep answers aligned with what SiteMinder is distributing, without asking guests to wait on a front-desk queue.

Credentials stay in your SiteMinder account. Iconik uses the connection only to operate your configured agent workflows (availability, rates, and reservation lookup), not for advertising or model training.
